לַאֲחוֹתִי, רוּת, אֲתָר עִצַּבְתִּי

For my sister, Ruth, a website on Wix.
Pages upon pages I had to affix.

Compliments galore from countless lips,
Praise was expressed in superlative quips.

To add to the site on her own with no glitch,
For this she has made a compelling pitch.

Soon she will master the ways of Wix,
As soon as for her, the process clicks.

I shall have time again for my shtick
My own activities and projects to pick.

לַאֲחוֹתִי, רוּת, אֲתָר עִצַּבְתִּי.
דַּפִּים מְרוּבִּים הֶעֱלֵתִי וְעִבַּדְתִּי.

שְׁבָחִים בְּשֶׁפַע מִשְּׂפָתַיִם רַבּוֹת,
בָּאוּ לִידֵי בִּטּוּי בְּמַחְמָאוֹת כֵּנוֹת.

בְּכוֹחוֹת-עֲצְמָה היא מַעֲלָה דַפִּים לָרֶשֶׁת,
לְבַטֵּל אֶתְ תְּלוּתָהּ בִּי הִיא שׁוֹאֶפֶת.

קְצָת מְסֻבָּךְ תַּהֲלִיךְ הָעֲרִיכָה,
אַךְ הִיא מִתְקַדֶּמֶת וּמַתְמִידָה.

הִגִּיעָה הָעֵת. מֵעֹוֹל זֶה שֻׁחְרַרְתִּי.
לְעִנְיְנַי אֲשוּבָה - אָמֵן! אָמַרְתִּי.
